Reason for Recall:

These products are being recalled due to labeling and packaging compliance issues, including:

  • Missing required inner tube labeling

Health Risk:

At this time, no adverse health effects have been reported in connection with these products. This recall is being conducted out of an abundance of caution and to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Instructions for Consumers:

Consumers who have purchased the affected products should:

  • Stop using the product immediately
  • Return the product to the retailer where it was purchased for proper disposal, or
  • Contact the retailer for further instructions

All licensees in possession of the affected products must:

  • Immediately cease distribution and sale
  • Quarantine all affected inventory
  • Coordinate return or destruction in accordance with CCR, title 4, section 17226
  • Maintain proper documentation of all recalled inventory
